摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a metallic structure, on a surface of which a porous layer having performance such as air permeability, liquid-absorbing properties, liquid-containing properties, etc., is fast stuck and also has the rust-proofness of a metal, by forming a synthetic resin-sintered layer on the surface of a metallic body through a polyolefin layer. CONSTITUTION:A metallic surface can also be coated with various primers. Polyolefin must have a melt index (MI) of six or more in order to improve the adhesive properties of a metal and a synthetic resin-sintered layer, 10-200 preferably, and a substance containing a polar group such as a carboxylic acid group is recommended. A pinhole is easy to be generated and performance preventing corrosion is lowered in the thickness of 0.1mm or less of a polyolefin layer. Polystyrene and other kinds are cited as a synthetic resin, but high density, low density and straight-chain low-density polystyrene and polypropylene having MI of 1-0.001 are recommended particularly as polyolefin. The power of said polyolefin having MI of six or more is used on the surface of a metallic body and a film is formed, and the upper section of the film is coated with the powder of said synthetic resin under the state in which the film is melted, thus forming a sintered layer.
