PURPOSE:To improve dispersing and mixing performance by dispersing granules of a powdery ceramic material contg. dispersed different functional materials in a ceramic medium. CONSTITUTION:A powdery ceramic material is mixed with <=90% different functional materials such as stainless wool, carbon fibers and ceramic fibers and a binder such as polyphosphate. The mixture is granulated and fired at 700-1,160 deg.C as required. The resulting granules are dispersed in a ceramic medium and mixed. |
