PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts by connecting multiplier core parts in two stages and directly connecting transformer conductance multipliers to each other. CONSTITUTION:Multiplier core parts 108 and 109 are connected in two stages to constitute a unified circuit, and transformer conductance multipliers are directly connected to each other except an intermediate differential single output converter. That is, transformer conductance multipliers are so connected that cross couple differential pairs Q15 to Q18 and Q7 to Q10 are arranged in two stages and objective voltage generating diode pairs Q13, Q14, Q5, and Q6 are added and cross couple differential pairs Q7 to Q10 in the second stage are driven. Thus, the number of parts is reduced. |
