发明名称 LASER BEAM BRANCHING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To remove vapor-deposited material at a very high efficiency with an oscillator of small power by making laser beam incident in sequence on the respective refracting mirrors at intervals of a fixed time through mirrors of a mirror driving part or a fixed mirror. CONSTITUTION:When the reference position mark 14 for a lateral line of printed material provided on a running film is detected by a sensor, a controller calculates a position for taking away vapor-deposited material of the lateral line of printed material on the upmost stream side in the running direction of the film from the value of the running speed of the film to find the position irradiated with laser beam and to be irradiated with laser beam, and the laser beam irradiatiion is started. The laser beam is guided by the mirrors 5, 5a of a mirror driving part corresponding to that position or the fixed mirror 6 and refracting mirrors 7, 7a, 7b and the position is irradiated with it to evaporate and remove the vapordeposited material deposited on the film. In machining of succeeding line, too, the reference position mark 14 for each line is detected and the same machining is performed continuously. Since vapor- deposited material on the lateral line of the running film is not removed at a stroke but sccessively by one place a time, removal can be performed drastically efficiently by a laser beam oscillator of small power.
