The dual port memory device includes a random access memory port (RAM), a serial access memory port (SAM) and a redundant circuit having a redundant transmission signal generator for selectively outputting the transmission signal of a normal memory to a redundant transmission gate. The redundant transmission signal generator comprises a fuse circuit (72) for outputting a MSB bit of a redundant address maintaining a "1" state regardless of the MSB bit of an input address enabled by a redundant enable signal, and a redundant transmission signal selection circuit (72) for selecting one of the first and second transmission signals to output as a redundant transmission signal.
