PURPOSE:To improve the service of charge payment for the diversification of the utilization types of a hotel by providing an arithmetic part which calculates a real utilization time by reading a checkin time and a checkout time out of a guest file open for each guest when the guest pays the hotel charge. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a charge mode setting part 2 which specifies charge calculation based upon a free-time fixed-charge system wherein the utilization charge in a specific time in a free time zone is fixed, the arithmetic part 6 which calculates the real utilization time by reading the checkin time and checkout time out of the guest file 5 open for each guest when the guest applied with the free-time fixed-charge system pays the charge, and a comparison part 7 which decides whether or not the real utilization time from the arithmetic time is within a specific time. Consequently, the fixed charge is put to the guest who uses the hotel within the specific time in the free time zone and then outputted. |
