<p>PURPOSE:To attain the high speed of the statistics, analysis, and retrieval of a data base of a spinning machine by recording maintenance data in a portable terminal equipment each time a maintaining operation is operated, transmitting the data to a host computer, and automatically constituting the data base, in order to allow each kind of spinning machine in a spinning mill to stably operate. CONSTITUTION:Each time the maintaining operation for each spinning machine is operated, the maintenance data are successively recorded in an IC card 5, a bassbook- shaped computer 1a is connected with a host computer 2 by using a communication line or a card reader after the completion of the daily maintaining operation, and the entire data of the card 5 are transferred to the computer 2. The computer 2 automatically classifies the data in order to constitute the primary data base, and then statistically analyzes, compresses, and formalizes the data in order to constitute the secondary data base. Thus, the extensive data base can be gradually constituted, so that the completion of a check list system program, the exactness of the maintaining operation, and the promotion of quickness can be executed by the data base, and the presumption of a countermeasure can be attained.</p> |
