PURPOSE:To reduce a flicker by outputting a RBG output and the signal of average luminance by a field discriminating signal alternately, displaying on a panel for one eye every field and displaying the average luminance signal of the previous field between the fields. CONSTITUTION:An LCD control circuit 11 emits a liquid crystal driving signal (f) and a RGB output signal (h) by the signal from a video/synchronous circuit 1. The signal (h) is inputted to an analog switch 15, an average luminance signal (i) is inputted through an average luminance detecting part 14 and the signals (h) and (i) are switched alternately by a discriminating signal (j) of a field discriminating circuit 3 and are outputted to liquid crystal panels 12 and 13. Since a field between videos displayed alternately on the panels 12 and 13 is displayed by the average luminance signal of the previous field, a flicker is reduced broadly. |
