PURPOSE:To eliminate offensive odor to human bodies occurring at the time of fixing and to enhance fixability by incorporating a polyester resin and/or epoxy resin as a binder in a toner and specifying the toner of an volume average particle diameter and the average particle diameter of an iron powder carrier. CONSTITUTION:The developer comprises the toner containing as the binder the polyester resin and/or epoxy resin and having a volume average particle diameter of 4 - 8mmu and the iron block powder carrier having an average particle diameter of <= 100 mmu, thus permitting offensive odor to human bodies occurring at the time of the flash-fixing to be eliminated, an image to be enhanced in the fixability and resolution and image quality. |
