PURPOSE:To realize fixed running performance without being influenced by a change of oil temperature by generating an acceleration command value while compensating a start torque command value in accordance with the oil temperature in a reduction gear mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A temperature of lubricating oil in a reduction mechanism of a hoist machine 3 is detected by an oil temperature sensor 4 and input to a start torque/acceleration compensating circuit 10 to calculate a necessary compensation amount of start torque and acceleration characteristic, in accordance with an oil temperature level, given to a speed reference generating circuit 7. Next, the speed reference generating circuit 7 outputs a temperature- compensated start torque compensation value as a torque command value to control a motor of the hoist machine 3 through a power converter 2. Further, the speed reference generating circuit 7, after finishing acceleration jerk, outputs a temperature-compensated acceleration command as a regular acceleration command to a speed control circuit 9. |
