PURPOSE:To seal a tank body and a tube extended from the tank body positively by previously arranging the tube made of a resin in the air blowing hole of a mold, blowing air into a parison from the tube, and shaping a tank body while welding the tank body and the tube when the parison, from which the tank body is molded, is mold-clamped. CONSTITUTION:The base section of a preheated tube 4 is inserted to the lower end of a parison 1, molds 2a, 2b are closed under the state while the base section of the tube 4 is disposed so as to be positioned at an air blowing hole 3 section, and the molds 2a, 2b are closed completely. Air is blown into a resin in the molds 2a, 2b from a tube 7 by utilizing the tube 4, and the resin is expanded and fast stuck onto the inner surfaces of the molds 2a, 2b. The base section of the tube 4 is welded under the state in which the base section is penetrated to inner and outer surfaces to the resin of the molds 2a, 2b at that time. |
