PURPOSE:To simplify components and to reduce the cost by providing a PRBS generating circuit, a scramble circuit and a CRC generating circuit to a sender equipment and providing an identification circuit, a PRBS generating circuit, and a descramble circuit to a receiver equipment. CONSTITUTION:When an input data is inputted to a scramble circuit 34 of a sender equipment 30 and a cell border identification signal is inputted to a PRBS(pseudo random bit sequence) generating circuit 33, the circuit 33 outputs a PRBS signal 33 to the circuit 34 based on the result of CRC arithmetic operation outputted from a CRC(cyclic redundancy check) generating circuit 35. The circuit 34 scrambles the input signal based on the signal 33 and gives an output to the circuit 35 and a multiplexer circuit 36. The circuit 36 multiplexes the input and sends the result to a transmission line 40. A transmission data is inputted to an identification circuit 52 of a receiver equipment 50, a PRBS generating circuit 53 and a descramble circuit 54. The circuit 54 descrambles the transmission data based on the PRBS signal S53 from the circuit 53 and outputs the output to an external device.
