This femoral implant comprises a body (3) which is continued towards the top by a rod (2) for connection to the ball of an artificial hip joint, and towards the bottom by a shaft (4). The body (3) has a double convergence, on the one hand, in horizontal cross-section, towards its medial side, and, on the other hand, towards the bottom, in a side view.
