PURPOSE:To prevent a contamination accident of a developer by providing a shutter member for opening an opening part of an inner cylinder when opening parts of the inner cylinder and an outer cylinder coincide with each other. CONSTITUTION:As a holder member 5 is turned manually, an end part 3b of a flexible shutter member 3 of an inner cylinder 1 turns together with the inner cylinder 1, the end part 3b goes away from an end part 3a of other fixed position, a turn-back point of the shutter member 3 also turns in the same direction by a moving extent of half of the end part 3b, and a slot 1a is opened successively. In the final stage of an opening, the shutter member 3 is contained in a gap of the inner and outer cylinders 1, 2, the slots 1a, 2a coincide and open fully, and all the quantity of a developer D drops down into a hopper. When a developer vessel is detached from the replenishing part and replaced with a new developer vessel, the inner cylinder 1 is rotated by turning a holder member 5 counterclockwise, the shutter member 3 is driven, and the slot 1a of the inner cylinder 1 is closed by the shutter member 3 and the outer cylinder 2. Subsequently, the vessel is drawn out by holding the holder member 5. |
