PURPOSE:To prevent the burning of a regulating transformer, by opening a breaker when the tap becomes irregular and then cutting off the regulating transformer from a power supply. CONSTITUTION:A static automatic voltage controller 3 is connected to a line 4 between a substation 1 and a load 2, and a breaker 5 is put into a circuit which is closer to a power supply than the controller 3. An automatic switch 6 is put into a circuit closer to the load 2 than the controller 3, and an automatic switch 7 is set to open and close the contact between a terminal of the power supply side of the breaker 5 and a terminal of the load side of the switch 6. The output of a current transformer CT provided within the breaker 5 is supplied to a controller 8 which controls the controller 3, the breaker 5 and switches 6 and 7. A control power supply transformer 9 is connected to a line which is closer to the power supply than the breaker 5. Then the output voltage of the transformer 9 is supplied to the controller 8 through a control power supply cable 10 and a control power supply switch 11. |
