Racing yacht with two sets of rigging and three floats. The sets of rigging are vertically above the two forward floats. The rudder is connected to the rear float. The three floats are essentially identical. Each float has its own system for damping out pitching and pounding. The sails are separated and oppositely inclined towards the centre of the yacht in order to reduce heeling forces. The floats (6), (7) and (8) are of racing sailboard type. The fin (20) of the rear float (8) is movable and acts as a rudder. Each set of rigging (29) and (30) is fastened at the base of the mast and the forward part of the boom, while any inclination and rake of the mast is determined by adjustment to the spars (27) and (28). The yacht is intended for speed trials. <IMAGE>
