The apparatus includes two guide rollers (4)(4') installed on a guide bar (3), the guide bar (3) being installed at the rear of compressing frames (2)(2'). Two take-up bobbins (5)(5') and a take-up reel (6) are installed near the upper ends of the frames (2)(2') and on a revolution shaft (8) which is connected to a handle (7). An intermediate roller (10) is rotatably installed at a side of the take-up reel (6), and a chain (11) is connected to the shaft of the take-up bobbins (5)(5'). A gear (13') is installed on a connecting shaft (14) in mesh with another gear (13), and a chain (11') is connected to the other end of the connecting shaft (14). With the apparatus, the working space is reduced.
