PURPOSE:To always accurately bond endless bonding surfaces without generating the irregularity of an adhesive by bonding a heat-fusion film to the endless bonding surfaces subjected to cleaning processing and subsequently pressing the endless bonding surfaces under heating. CONSTITUTION:The endless bonding surfaces 4a, 4b of both ends of a resin belt main body 1 obliquely cut by a skive machine are ground by a buff machine to be cleaned. After a heat-fusion film 7 is bonded to at least one of the endless bonding surfaces 4a, 4b, the endless bonding surfaces 4a, 4b of the resin belt main body 1 are brought into contact with each other and pressed under heating by a heating press to melt the heat-fusion film 7 and integrally bonded. By applying endless processing to the resin belt main body 1, a bonding time is shortened and the coating irregularity of an adhesive is eliminated and the endless bonding surfaces can be always accurately bonded without damaging appearance. |
