Brush making machine with continuous feed - has bristle material bundled and supplied on large reels

Bristle material of the same colour and texture is bundled and rolled onto a common reel (4) to feed to the brush making machine. The bristles are arranged in a positioning rig (7) which also serves to provide the forward movement of each set of bristles. The bristles are pushed into the brush body and trimmed off to length. Each large reel holds bristles of the same texture. The number of reels is reduced and new reels are simple to fit. The bristle positioning frame incorporates a clamping grip to hold the bristles between each cycle. USE/ADVANTAGE - Simple production rig, simple to replace spent reels.
