In a ventilator wheel (3 or 4) driven by an electromotor (1), a secondary air flow for cooling the electromotor (1) can be obtained in spite of a very simple construction and without substantially reducing the main air flow, by designing the spokes of the ventilator wheel as diagonal-axial ventilator blades (34) that suck the secondary air flow over or through the electromotor (1), which is arranged downstream of the blades in the axial direction, and that then supply the secondary air flow to the blade ring (34). Alternatively, the spokes are designed in a radially inner area as axial ventilator blades (44) that press the secondary air flow through the electromotor (1), which is arranged downstream of the blades in the axial direction, and in a radially outer area as diagonal-axial ventilator blades (45) that suck the secondary air flow in an air return channel and that then supply the secondary air flow to the blade ring (42). |
