The circuit generates a clock pulse signal and couples it with a line frequency for decoding digitised TV signals, using a phase-controlled oscillator circuit (PLL). A first phase-controlled circuit (1,2,3) generates a clock pulse frequency (fT) after a frequency (fR) from a second phase-controlled circuit (4-6) is supplied to the first circuit as a reference frequency. The reference frequency is coupled to the line frequency (fZ). The oscillator (4) is pref. stabilised in teh second phase-controlled circuit by a ceramic capacitor (9). The second circuit control may comprises a large time constant. The first circuit control has typically a smaller time constant as compared with the second circuit one.
