The windscreen wiper blade is particularly for a motor vehicle, having a hollow bar (1) forming a supporting member. This works with a wiper bearing (3) via a protrusion (5) on the latter. The blade contains a seal (10) for the bar with bearing. This can bear against the bar and the protrusion, and can be formed by an elastic stopper inside the bar, typically of injection moulded foam material. USE/ADVANTAGE - Prevents water and dirt penetrating inside bar.
