PURPOSE:To obtain an image having a little transferring deviation and having high quality by controlling and setting an engaging gap between a heating roller and a gear, and a speed difference between processing speed and the speed of a fixing device at heating time to a device size. CONSTITUTION:A form 13a between the fixing device 5 and a transferring device 2 mountainously floats in order by the cause of a carrying delay equal to the speed difference of VD-VF. When the leading edge of the form 13 reaches to a paper ejecting roller pair 10, the form 13b is pulled because of the speed difference of VE-VF. At this time, the form 13a is pulled by the sum of an engaging looseness between the heating roller 7 and the gear (F) 16 and the backlash accumulation experimental value of a driving gear row, that is, DELTALG=0.1+0.3=0.4mm, which is formed while the form 13 is carried by a distance L2=70mm in which the form 13 reaches to the paper ejecting roller pair 10, and floating amount of the form 13a, that is, a minimum value, DELTAL1=0.679-0.17mm=0.509-0.679mm, is above DELTALG=0.4mm, so that the influence does not reach to the transferring part, and the transferring deviation is not caused. |
