PURPOSE:To detect the clogging of a nozzle simply by providing a landing seat on a table moving device and providing a pressure sensor being, connected to the landing seat, and by measuring the blowing out air pressure or vacuum suction force of the nozzle with the pressure sensor. CONSTITUTION:By driving a feed screw and moving a table 7 in the transverse direction, a landing seat 23 is stopped at a take-up position. And a nozzle 3 is let down, its lower end is landed on the landing seat 23, a pneumatic device 35 jets air out or vacuum-sucks, the air pressure is measured with a pressure sensor 26, and the clogging of the nozzle 3 is detected. This makes it possible to detect automatically the clogging of the nozzle of each transferring and mounting head 2 fixed to a rotary head 1, index-rotating the rotary head 1 in the same way as a usual mounting operation for electronic parts. |
