(a) an upright, stationary support frame with a foot section and an essentially vertical upright member, (b) a fork on the foot arranged for the lifting structure to engage the vessel, and provided with a device for inserting and clamping the structure in the cleaning position, (c) a cleaning cover attached to and controllably movable up and down the upright to cover and uncover the container upper opening and with a cleaning device attached to lower side, provided with a pressure cleaning liquid spray head, which is raised and lowered within the vessel.
