摘要 PURPOSE:To make the weight of winding at each winding part uniform by using an unbalanced vector according to actual measurement of each winding part as a basic resultant vector, decomposing the vector for adjoining winding parts, calculating the quantity of unbalance from the decomposed vector quantity and increasing or decreasing the number of turns of the adjoining winding part basing upon the results of the calculations. CONSTITUTION:In a rotor R for motor, a plurality of rotors R for motor are used; windings 1c to 5c are wound in respective slots 1a to 5a of the rotor for motor; and the relevant data are collected, such as the distance between the center of rotary shaft 6 and the center of winding, amount of unbalance from the weight of winding. Thereafter, the number of turns for each winding 1c to 5c is determined within the allowable range of electrical specifications based on the created data of the amount of unbalance. A correction factor is calculated for the number of turns and corrected number of turns is adjusted. This corrected number of turns is determined by equations (1) and (2). By doing this, the amount of unbalance by windings occurred during production can be reduced and the balancing correction after production can be omitted.
