PURPOSE:To prevent howling and to keep a sound pressure level properly by providing a reception sound pressure display means to a terminal equipment of each conference room so as to inform an utterance sound pressure level of a conference participant to the participant and allowing each participant to regulate excess or deficiency of the sound pressure. CONSTITUTION:For example, the number of conference rooms is three and the case of connecting specific conference rooms via an exchange is excluded. A voice signal in a conference room 1 is sent to conference rooms 2, 3 by transmission lines 15, 16, voice mixer sections 8, 9, and voice amplifier sections 5, 6 via a microphone 1 and a voice distribution section 10. The voice reproduced by speakers 2b, 3b is received by microphones 2a, 3a and sent to conference rooms 1, 2, 3 via a device on the way. Howling is prevented so that the product between an amplification factor and a feedback rate is not larger than the unity and reception sound voltage display means 1c, 2c, 3c representing the magnitude of the sound volume received by the microphone are provided to a terminal equipment of each conference room and the utterance sound pressure level is informed to each participant itself to realize the excellent conference progress condition. |
