An adjustment device for a roller skate including a support (3) for an item of footwear (4) and at least two aligned wheels (5). The device has the peculiarity of having, between the at least two aligned wheels, a screw (6) for adjusting the interspace therebetween, as well as kinematic systems (14a, 14b) for interconnection with the support. The device allows to vary the distance between the support for the item of footwear and the axle of one or more of the aligned wheels of the skate.
