PURPOSE:To prevent abrasion and protect a chafer strip by treating the chafer strip by a treating agent, applying amine-hardening enabled polymers, and forming a chafer region by installing a chafer ring and a worn-out resisting ring, in an aeroplane tire. CONSTITUTION:A chafer strip 50 made of the rubber covered by nylon, etc., is arranged in a tire bead part, and an abrasionproof surface region 60 is formed. The abrasionproof region 60 is extended in the radial direction from the axial direction surface 44 of a heel part 42 along a surface 43, and is constituted of a processing agent layer 62 and amine-hardening-enabled polymer or prepolymer layer 64. Besides, if necessary, a shaped ring which is shaped previously from elastomer group polyurethane, etc., can be adherently installed on the outside of the polymer layer 64. |
