PURPOSE:To mold automatically a granulated body by a method wherein an optically curable fluid substance is spread on a liq. with a larger specific gravity and an optically curing procedure is performed. CONSTITUTION:In a container 1, a substance which has a larger specific gravity than an optically curable fluid substance 2 e.g. glycerin, a flon-type liq. or a brom-type liq. etc., is placed in advance and the optically curable fluid substance is spread thereon. In this case, when glycerin is used, difference in specific gravity between glycerin and the spread optically curable fluid substance is sometimes small, but in such a case, polyvinyl alcohol, a soluble film such as a medical wafer or a low density polyethylene film with a thickness of 0.001mm or thinner is spread over glycerin and the optically curable fluid substance is fell and spread thereon and a required part is successively irradiated with a laser light 4 so as to obtain a required shape to cure the optically curable fluid substance 2. Specific gravity of the optically curable fluid substance 2 increases with curing and it sinks in the liq. 3 with a large specific gravity. |
