<p>PURPOSE:To fix fluorine compds., COD forming material, etc., in the dried solid of an absorbent slurry by adding coal ash to the absorbent slurry drawn off from an absorption tower and spraying the obtained mixed slurry into the waste gas on the upstream side of a dry dust collector. CONSTITUTION:A waste combustion gas is introduced into a dry dust collector 2 to remove the dust in the waste gas, and then introduced into an absorption tower 3 to remove the sulfur oxides in the waste gas with an absorbent slurry. A part of the slurry in the tower 3 is drawn off into a coal ash mixing tank 20, and a part of the coal ash 19 collected by the dust collector 2 is added. The mixed slurry in the tank 20 is sprayed from a feed pipe 16 into the waste gas on the upstream side of the dust collector 2. Consequently, the fluorine compds., COD forming material (S2O6<2->), etc., are fixed in the dried solid of the slurry to obtain a dry solid from which these pollutants are never eluted.</p> |
