摘要 PURPOSE:To output the correct position in process of the whole lot in case of the request for reading a position in process being generated, by storing the latest position in process at all times by a position in process memory file renewal part. CONSTITUTION:A position in process memory file renewal part 3 reads the movement information 5 of a lot composed of a lot number 51 and the position 52 in process of the lot, in case of the lot in a manufacturing site being moved, reading the record of a position in process memory file 1 corresponding to this lot, reading the time of the position in process reading time memory part 13 of this record and making it as a time T1. Then, the time of a position in process reading request time memory part 2 is read and made as a time T2. And, in case of the times T1, T2 being the same time, the position 52 in process of the lot is respectively written in a position in process memory A11 corresponding to the lot number 51 and a position in process memory B12. Also, it is not written to the position in process memory B12, in case of the time T1 being the time prior to the time T2.
