<p>PURPOSE:To heighten the shoes quality and to provide a high quality shoes by bonding the fringe projection formed in an endless configuration on the upper surface of the main body of shoes into one thread to remove the seam on the fringe projection that appears on the finished shoes, which has been impossible in the conventional method. CONSTITUTION:The end surface 4 is formed in a shape approximately the same with the upper surface c of the main body 1 of the shoes while having a notch 5 with identically configurated cross section with the fringe projection 2. The main body 1 of the shoes is fit into the recessed portion 3 of the outside diameter A while the fringe 2 projection of the endless configuration is fit into the knotch 5 of the internal mold B. An adhesive is applied to the adherent 6 opposite to the periphery of the main body 1 of the shoe. Smooth slide between the inside and the outside enables the internal mold B to be fit into the outside diameter. The fringe projection 2 is forced to contact the upper surface c of the main body 1 of the shoes. Separating the internal mold B by holding the adhesive portion on the adherend 6 enables accurate adhesion on the predetermined position. Since the fringe projection is mechanically bonded, the working time is reduced without requiring any skillfulness.</p> |
