PURPOSE:To achieve a thinner wall of a tube than ever with a higher mechanical strength by orienting ferromagnetic fine particles added to a high polymer material forming an anti-thrombus tubular product for medical care in a fixed direction. CONSTITUTION:Ferromagnetic fine particles are mixed with an anti-thrombus resin to disperse. After the ending of the mixing and dispersion, a glass bar 2 is dipped into a solution 1 and then, pulled up to dry. This operation is repeated to form a dry coated film on the surface of the glass bar 2. During this operation, while the coated film is not yet dry, a magnetic field is applied in a length-wise direction of the glass bar 2 using a solenoid coil 3 to orient the ferromagnetic fine particles in the direction of the magnetic field. Thereafter, the glass bar is immersed into a distilled water to swell the coated film. The film is separated from the glass bar and then, dried sufficiently to obtain a tubular molded product. This allows the orientation of the ferromagnetic fine particles in a fixed direction by a magnetic force thereby achieving a mechanical strength in a length-wise direction of a pipe. |
