<p>PURPOSE:To automatically prepare a working structure, an overtime plan and a manufacturing program adaptive for producing form/quantity/delivery while considering the processing capacity, by performing a load adjustment in the process of a production shop inside, and preparing an input program which decides the process/time and day to be input. CONSTITUTION:The holding capacity of the process by a constant period is calculated from a service information at a short term load adjusting part 7. Then, the processing time in the process to have to manufacture hereafter, the completion scheduled day by process are calculated, with the product having the input week scheduled to be input in the term becoming a preparation object in a manufacturing program, and the product of an urgent item in a production program as the object. And, the necessary manday is stacked by the completion date calculated on each process, and with respect to those exceeding the holding capacity, the difference with the holding capacity is reduced, by falling down fore and aft with the allowance time held by process as the limit. Also, the term just as exceeding the holding capacity is coped with by an over time/rest. Moreover, an alarm display is performed to an operator forthose which can not correspond to still.</p> |
