PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a contradiction of descriptions by producing a warning if the relation of deflection is caused between a registered description and the description to be updated when the contents of a standard description dictionary are updated. CONSTITUTION:A standard description dictionary 12 stores the standard descriptions of words. A description deflection detecting part 13 detects the words that are recognizes as the deflection of description against the standard description stored in the dictionary 12 out of the sentences stored in a sentence storage part 11. A standard description registering part 14 updates the contents of the dictionary 12. A registered description check part 15 checks whether the deflection of description is produced or not between a registered word and a word to be registered when the contents of the dictionary 14 are updated by the part 14. Then a display part 16 shows and informs an operator of a fact that the updating contents produce the deflection of description.
