PURPOSE:To perform simple measurement within a short time by providing two kinds of wafers whose rears are modified with antibody protein adsorbing antigen applied latex and protein not adsorbing the latex to the upper part of a measuring call and providing a storage part to the lower part of the measuring cell. CONSTITUTION:A differential measuring type immune sensor consists of a quartz wafer having an acoustic device modified with an antibody and a quartz wafer 2 having an acoustic device modified with protein not adsorbing latex modified with an antigen. Titanium-gold membranes are applied to the rears of two wafers 1, 2 in order to prevent the electrical coupling with wafer and modified with protein. The wafers 1, 2 are bonded to mount plates 5 each formed by plating glass-epoxy with gold and further attached to a measuring cell 4. A latex solution modified with an antigen is put in a solution sump 3 and suspended latex is accumulated in the suspended latex storage part 6 provided to the lower part of the cell under its own wt. By this constitution, only the mass change due to antigen-antibody reaction is sensed and the fluctuation of phase difference due to the suspended latex is suppressed and simple measurement can be carried out within a short time. |
