PURPOSE:To save labor of performing a data input operation by hand for food storage condition indication by providing a food storage condition display equipped with an output unit to indicate storage time of food stored in a specified compartment, on a refrigerator door. CONSTITUTION:When a user stores food in a specified storage compartment 13 of a refrigerator, a weight sensor detects the weight, and through a control circuit storage compartment 13, time and weight are stored in memory 8. When the user takes out food from the specified storage compartment 13, the weight sensor 12 detects it, and when food is stored in the compartment again, new weight and time are reserved in empty memory cell and arithmetic for the former data is done and discrimination whether the stored food is newly stored one or continued is practiced and arithmetic of storage time is done. When the user wants to know storage condition of food, storage time and residual quantity of food in a specified compartment can be confirmed on a monitor 3 automatically by operating a confirmation key 6 of the food storage condition display. |
