PURPOSE:To obtain a semiconductor integrated circuit device where the numbers of terminals and signals to be inverted are never limited by providing a shift register to input the data used for inversion of polarity of an input signal, applying the output of the shift register and the input signal to the input of an EX-OR gate, and applying the output of the EX-OR gate to an internal circuit. CONSTITUTION:The inverted data is inputted to an inverting input terminal TS101 together with a clock inputted to a terminal TS102, and the inverted data fetched into a shift register S101 respectively. Then '1' is set to the output of the register S101 connected to a 2-input EX-OR gate equal to an input signal line to be inverted. Meanwhile '0' is set to the output of the register S101. connected to the 2-input EX-OR gate equal to an input signal line not to be inverted respectively. Thus an optional input signal is inverted and can be inputted to an internal circuit C101. In other words, the polarity can be optionally inverted for many input signals with use of two inverting input terminals. |
