PURPOSE:To form easily by simple processes the colored image of a color filter having good heat resistance without color unevenness, by repeating a series of image forming processes, by means of specific, photosensitive colored composition. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive colored composition containing an acid-curing resinous material a photooxidation-producing agent and a pigment is applied on a transparent substrate and dried, thereby forming a colored resin layer. The colored resin layer is then pattern exposed to light, and this exposed colored resin layer is heated. The light-exposed heated colored resin layer is developed by an alkali developing solution, thereby forming a colored image on the transparent substrate. By repeating a series of these processes, colored images of plural colors are formed on the same one substrate. Accordingly, the colored image of a color filter having no color unevenness, but good heat resistance, can be formed easily by simple processes. |
