<p>A grill plate (1) removably insertable into a domestic oven (10) comprises on its upper face (2) an at least partly undulated resting surface (3) and on its lower face (6) an electrical resistance element (7); the plate (7) also comprises electrical connection members (8) for powering the resistance element (7).
