PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of a minute operation between plural data such as each data is brought into contact with each other or joined by executing an editing processing to partial data until it comes into contact with other data by instructing the editing processing to partial data. CONSTITUTION:By an operation of a pointing device (P.D) 6, a cursor 81 is moved onto a circle, a selection switch 61 is depressed thereon and a circle is selected, and subsequently, when the operating key 81 is depressed, the circle starts to enlarge, and in a position in which it comes into contact with a straight line, the enlargement stops. It is the maximum size designated in advance. When it is judged to be an enlargement key, and it is judged that there is graphic data selected at present, its selected graphic is enlarged by one dot, and as a result of enlargement, whether its graphic becomes the maximum size designated in advance or not is checked, and as a result of enlargement, whether its graphic is superposed on other graphic data or not is checked. In such a way, such a minute operation as each data is brought into contact with each other or joined can be executed efficiently. |
