PURPOSE:To improve the operability, and also, to prevent the failure caused by carelessness by retrieving automatically an incorrect command which does not conform to a format in a registered document, when editing of the registered document is started or finished. CONSTITUTION:A return code is initialized to 'correct' for showing that the whole of a sentence conforms to a format, and subsequently, whether it is a terminal of a registered document or not is decided, and unless it is the terminal, one line is segmented. In this case, when a line feed address of a one-line display item 511 of a display control table 51, and an incorrect command exist, a fact that the incorrect command exists is set to an address 5112 of the incorrect command and a flag 5113. Subsequently, the flag 5113 is decided, and when it is normal, the next line is segmented. When the incorrect command is found out, 'incorrect' for showing a fact that the incorrect command is found out is returned to the return code and the processing is finished and returned. In such a way, operability is improved, and also, a failure caused by carelessness is prevented. |
