<p>PURPOSE:To increase a electrostatic rating, to relax the limit of a mounting range on a substrate, and to curtail an asembling manhour by a simple constitution by providing an inserting/holding part and an elastic contact part on a connecting member. CONSTITUTION:A ground pattern 4 of a substrate 1 conducts in a lump to facing panels 3, 3 of both the surface and the reverse side through conductive pads 5, 5 of both the surface and the reverse side, and a connecting member 6 provided with an inserting/holding member 6a which contains them and inserts and holds the substrate 1, and elastic contact parts 6b, 6b provided continuously on both sides of the inserting/holding part 6a. Accordingly, electrostatic charge electrified to the substrate 1 by application from the outside passes through the ground pattern 4, the conductive pads 5, 5 and the connecting member 6 and flows out to the facing panels 3, 3, and the influence of static electricity in an IC chip mounted to the substrate 1 is eliminated effectively. In such a way, by a simple configuration the electrostatic rating increases, and also, the limit of a mounting range of various parts is relaxed, and the assembling manhour is curtailed.</p> |
