PURPOSE:To produce the electronic computer at low cost and to easily manufacture a basic program, etc., by transferring a program to be run which is not stored in a small-capacity external storage device from another electronic computer by a network control program when the program which is not stored in the small-capacity external storage device is executed. CONSTITUTION:The electronic computer consists of a central processing unit 2 which has a main storage device and the small-capacity external storage device 3A. When the program which is not stored in the small-capacity external storage device 3A is executed, the program is sent from another electronic computer 1 to the main storage device by the network control program 21. Consequently, the electronic computer is produced at low cost and software such as the basic program can easily be manufactured.
