PURPOSE:To utilize input data effectively by structuring the best file structure in consideration of the data characteristics and utilization purpose of information which is inputted to an electronic medical card, storing the inputted information, and outputting it in the same format with the input information. CONSTITUTION:A keyboard 1 and a mouse 2 as input devices and a CRT 3 and a printer 4 as output devices are provided and a central processing unit 5, a disk device 6 for data temporary storage, a read-only optical disk device 7 for permanent data preservation, and a communication device 8 are provided. In this case, the input information is stored in files by its data characteristics and utilization purposes and outputted in the same format as the input format. Further, the input data are edited and outputted by the utilization purposes by using the utilization purpose attributes of data in a medical card editing file. The input data are disabled to be updated and deleted by using the read- only data storage device 7 using an optical disk, etc. Consequently, medical records can completely be stored and utilized effectively. |
