PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of plastic substrates and the generation of abnormal optical anisotropy during the course of production by interposing plastic beads between press plates and thin plastic film substrates in the stage of pasting two sheets of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:Many micro-plastic beads 5 are spread between press plates 4, 4 and plastic film substrates 1, 1. The tight contact between the plates 4, 4 and the two substrates 1, 1 is obviated by such beads intervened therebetween. The substrates 1, 1 are kept free from partial stressing even if the substrates are heated to cure a sealant 2. Generation of curling, waving and abnormal anisotropy of the substrates 1, 1 is thus obviated by which the good display quality is obtd. |
