PURPOSE:To shorten correspondence time till a dissolving plan comes to be executed by automatically analyzing and diagnosing a program name which abnormally terminates and its reason based on a content on a memory when a program abnormally terminates and displaying the diagnosis result. CONSTITUTION:A program trouble information storage device 1 saves the memory state of the abnormally terminated program. A trouble occurrence program detecting mechanism 4 detects the abnormally terminated program name based on an address on the memory of the abnormally terminated program and calculates the execution address of an instruction which causes the abnormal termination. A trouble occurrence instruction detecting mechanism 7 detects an instruction line based on the execution address of the instruction. A trouble information diagnosis mechanism 10 diagnosis the reason of the abnormal termination of this time by collating the abnormal termination occurred in the past. A trouble information diagnosis display mechanism 13 displays the diagnosed result and the content of the instruction line which causes the abnormal termination. Thus, the correspondence time till a dissolving plan comes to be executed is shortened. |
