PURPOSE:To improve the processing efficiency of the whole of a system by performing the processing of a succeeding stage also by a preceding stage till release of delay in the case of delay of the processing of the succeeding stage in a processing part divided into plural stages. CONSTITUTION:Plural stages of processing parts 1, 3, and 5 are provided in series, and each of processing parts 1, 3, and 5 in respective stages is provided with both of a means to perform the essential processing of the processing part itself and a means to perform the processing of the processing part of the succeeding stage and is provided with a means which detects the delay of the processing of the processing part of the succeeding stage. If the processing of the processing part of the succeeding stage is delayed, each of processing parts 1, 3, and 5 performs both of the processing of the processing part itself and that of the processing part of the succeeding stage till release of the processing delay by the processing delay detecting means. Thus, the processing efficiency is improved. |
