PURPOSE:To exhaust quickly residual gas in a space between a skin and a core by a method in which a plurality of leakage-removing ribs for preventing the leakage of foam are arranged on the edge part of sealing part, and vent paths are provided between a plurality of ribs for preventing the leakage of foam. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of ribs 16 for preventing the leakage of foam are arranged on the edge part of the sealing part where in a skin 14 and a core 12 are connected, and further vent paths 18 are arranged between a plurality of the ribs 16 which prevent the leakage of the foam. Consequently, when foaming raw material is injected in the space between the skin 14 pressed by polymerization and the core 12 and is foamed, the gas in the space is quickly pushed out and exhausted from the vent path 18 by the quick increase of the volume occupied by the foam in the space with foaming. |
